Linda Pinney Founder in Chief Linda, Founder of Asteres Inc., was the CEO of The StartUp Lab, Inc., a venture development company serving venture capital firms and venture-backed companies. Previously she founded and was Chairman & CEO for DNA Dynamics, Inc., a top 10 finalist for San Diego’s most innovative new company of the year award in 1999. Linda was hired as the 13th employee of Pyxis Corporation and served as Vice President of Business Development for 10 years. Linda successfully developed, patented and led Pyxis into new product offerings including SupplyStation, Pyxis Data System and PyxisStation. She also created and led the Alternate Site Division to $20 million in revenue in two years. Linda took Pyxis outside healthcare constructing a licensing and equity deal with a private company pursuing industry applications of Pyxis products. Pyxis enjoyed a successful IPO in 1992 and was sold to Cardinal Health for close to $1 billion in 1996. Prior to Pyxis, Linda was in business development for Sharp HealthCare and Centinela Hospital. She has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from U.C. Davis, and a Masters in Business & Healthcare Administration from U.S.C. |

Martin Bridges Vice President, International Prior to Asteres, Martin was co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of SupplyPro, Inc a venture capital backed point-of-use industrial inventory management company where he raised over $33 million of venture capital from both private and institutional investors. He also held the position of Chief Administrative Officer whilst at SupplyPro, Inc. Martin started his career at the San Diego County Water Authority where he held a number of treasury positions. He also has experience with capital equipment leasing in his business development role with Popular Leasing the leasing subsidiary of Banco Popular. Martin has a degree in finance from San Diego State University. |

Laird Broadfield Vice President, Research and Development Laird was most recently Vice President of R&D for the Pyxis division of Fortune 500's 17th ranked Cardinal Health. Laird's responsibilities included product portfolio management and M&A evaluation as well as leading the product development staff of 220, encompassing product conception and design, embedded and application software development, hardware development, industrial design, and product assurance. He was the first member of Pyxis's development staff, and held various technical and management roles during his 16 years there, through the company's growth from its first narcotics control product to a suite of more than 70 products, including medication and supply management systems, clinical safety software, medication workflow systems, and point-of-care systems. He was a member of Pyxis's executive committee, and an officer of its development subsidiary. Prior to Pyxis, Laird worked in scientific software and instrument development for Hybritech, San Diego's first biotechnology company; his other technology experience includes work in instrument development for pharmaceutical companies and software design and operations for the financial services industry. |

David Clark Vice President, Sales, Hospital & DOD David brings over 30 years of corporate sales and business development experience to his focus on hospital and DOD sales at Asteres. He has held many senior level management positions in healthcare medical device, distribution and consultative service companies, including the start up of Pyxis Corporation to IPO, Cardinal Health, FFF Enterprises and McKesson Medication Management. Over the years, David has developed key corporate partner relationships, which have been contributing factors for 25%-40% increases in year over year sales. This has resulted in driving new product market share into the 80 percentile range and hundreds of millions of dollars in top line revenue. David has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting/Finance and a Masters of Arts in Ethics. |

Patrick Molino Vice President, Finance Patrick Molino brings 28 years of business experience to Asteres, Inc. Prior to his appointment at Asteres, Patrick was Controller and Vice President, Operations for Mad Catz Interactive, Inc., a world-wide designer, manufacturer and distributor of accessories for videogame platforms, personal computers and other audio devices. Before joining Mad Catz Interactive, Inc., Patrick held several key management positions at DJ Orthopedics, Inc., a leading provider of orthopedic devices and surgical reconstructive products, including Vice President of Insurance Reimbursement, Director of Strategic Projects and Corporate Controller. Patrick has a BS degree in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting and Economics) from Ramapo College of New Jersey. |
