Asteres Inc. develops secure self-service kiosks for the storage and delivery of prescriptions and consumer products. Asteres’ premier product is ScriptCenter, the first prescription pickup kiosk for retail, healthcare and military pharmacies that allows patients to pick up and pay for their prescriptions even when the pharmacy is closed.
Asteres is seeking an enthusiastic, professional individual to introduce new technology to consumer public. The Implementation Specialist promotes ScriptCenter, a self-service prescription kiosk, to consumers and assists them with enrolling and transferring prescriptions. They are also responsible for providing training and support to retail pharmacy staff. In addition, they provide on-call support to customers and document all calls in the CRM.
The ideal candidate will have solid communications and customer service skills with the ability to function in a team environment. He/she should have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems and be organized with ability to plan. Proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
This position requires extensive travel. Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.
Experience required: 2 years’ experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred
