Branding and Promoting Your ScriptCenter
Asteres understands the importance of branding ScriptCenter to have the same cohesive look as other programs and services at your location. As part of your ScriptCenter purchase, you and your Design Team will have full access to our ScriptCenter promotional templates to customize your ScriptCenter communication package to your needs. The Asteres marketing team is available to assist with minor updates, such as adding your logo and updating colors.
Implementation and Training
Your designated Asteres Project Manager will take you through the entire implementation process from an on-site project kickoff meeting and workflow analysis to weekly project calls and status tracking documents. Our experienced implementation team is there all along the way to ensure a successful go-live! Asteres spends time on-site using Asteres’ ‘Train the Trainer’ methodology to ensure training is completed and best practices are maintained going forward.
Asteres remotely monitors the health and wellness of our ScriptCenter systems (where remote connections allowed). Most times, we know if there is an issue before you do and can be pro-active in fixing it as quickly as possible. In the rare instances when we need to get someone on-site, we use a third party global service provider who is specifically trained and certified on our ScriptCenter system to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
Interface & IT Support
Enhancing your pharmacy practice with ScriptCenter shouldn’t be difficult. That is why we take care of the interfaces for you. To ensure a successful implementation, we will need minimal time from your team. Asteres has developed interfaces to the most common pharmacy management and payroll deduction systems. Asteres is constantly adding features and functionality to our products to meet the demands of our customers and ScriptCenter end-users.

We will provide information regarding any existing regulations pertaining to ScriptCenter in your state and for those states requiring additional approvals, Asteres will guide you through the process of presenting to the Board as well as accompanying you during your presentation. Regulatory guidelines for the use of ScriptCenter dictate such things as unit placement, hours of operation, and types of medication which can be picked up at ScriptCenter.
